The Direct Mail Process

Flyer Design

Our in-house designer will provide an initial proof within 24-48 hours of your request. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure the final design meets your satisfaction, allowing you to refine every detail until you are completely happy with the result.

Flyer Printing

Once you approve the final design, all flyers will be printed in our state-of-the-art commercial facility located in Scarborough, ON. Our standard print time is 5-7 days for non-rush orders, ensuring high-quality production for all your flyer needs.

Flyer Delivery

All flyers will be distributed via Canada Post mail-out. The flyer delivery process typically takes 1-3 days, plus transport times. We provide detailed area selection options to target your desired audience effectively. For information on area selection, click here.

How To Pick Areas

  • If you know how many flyers you want to distribute, say 5000, give us a call/email and let us know the quantity + general area.

    We can operate based off of a central address and distribute in a radius around, target a postal code, neighborhood, or anything else. We can also target any combination of Houses, Apartments, Businesses, and Farms.

    With this information, we will get back to you with a distribution report of the specific areas we will target for your distribution, outlining the number of houses, the breakdown between houses vs apartments and such, and the exact routes to be covered.

  • If you want to do a blanket distribution in an entire area, this is most common. Say covering a full postal code. Give us a call/email and let us know the area to be covered and we will get back to you with a distribution report.
